Description: Cross laminated film is a high-strength multi-layer composite film, which is made of HDPE as base material, color masterbatch, plasticizer, stabilizer, antioxidant, ultraviolet absorber, flexibilizer and other auxiliary agents, and then blown into embryo by multi-fold stretch molding, then rotary cutting film substrate with transverse and longitudinal distribution of 45, and finally cross-compounded. Because its cross-laminated structure is different from ordinary single-layer film or multi-layer film, it has thermal stability, dimensional stability, two-way tear resistance, two-way consistent tensile force and high elongation, which the traditional film does not have.
Application: It’s used in the market of construction waterproofing, special packing, labels, etc.
Main features: Stable property, no curling. It has multi-characteristics of high strength, high elongation, high and low temperature resistance, unique puncture resistance, self-healing property and endurable tear resistance, excellent water tightness test with nail shank, and UV resistance as well.
